Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak times, holidays, or limited-edition drops, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99 or FREE on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Once it leaves our hands, we sadly have no control over delays — please allow a little extra time for delivery during busy seasons.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Standard International (7–21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your dark parcel departs the crypt (our warehouse), you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Delayed or Lost Orders
